Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes. Avoid baggy clothing that may get in the way. Mats and equipment are provided; you only need to bring grip socks and a water bottle.
No — classes are designed for all levels. Our instructors provide tailored modifications to meet you where you are in your practice.
Metered parking is available on Melrose Ave. Free 2-hour parking is available on Curson Ave and Stanley Ave. Please allow extra time to park before class.
We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Grip socks are mandatory for all sessions and are available for purchase if needed.
