Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow for full range of motion. Avoid baggy clothing that may get in the way during movements. You don’t need to bring anything except grip socks for a water bottle to stay hydrated. We provide mats and any necessary equipment, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels, and our instructors offer modifications to meet you where you are.

Metered parking is available right in front on Melrose Ave.
For free parking, you can find 2-hour free parking on Curson Ave and Stanley Ave.
Please arrive early to allow time for parking.
Class Policy
Late arrivals: There is a 10-minute grace period. If you’re running late, please call or text (424) 449-6764 or send us a DM on Instagram.
Grip socks are mandatory—no exceptions. If you don’t have a pair, they are available for purchase at the studio.
