What do I wear to a Pilates class, and do I need to bring anything?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow for full range of motion. Avoid baggy clothing that may get in the way during movements. You don’t need to bring anything except grip socks for a water bottle to stay hydrated. We provide mats and any necessary equipment, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Do I need prior Pilates experience to join a class?

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels, and our instructors offer modifications to meet you where you are.

Where do I park?

Parking Information

Metered parking is available right in front on Melrose Ave.

For free parking, you can find 2-hour free parking on Curson Ave and Stanley Ave.

Please arrive early to allow time for parking.

What are your class policies?

Class Policy

Late arrivals: There is a 10-minute grace period. If you’re running late, please call or text (424) 449-6764 or send us a DM on Instagram.

Grip socks are mandatory—no exceptions. If you don’t have a pair, they are available for purchase at the studio.

What’s the difference between your class types?

Can I take a class if I’m pregnant?

Yes, but we recommend consulting with your doctor first. Some modifications may be necessary, and we can help adjust movements to ensure your safety and comfort.

Do you offer private sessions?

We ask for at least [X] hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a fee. This allows us to offer the spot to someone else.

What if I have an injury or special condition?
